This company only has 1 tech that can work on computers. I had another tech named Szymon ask me to go to my office and power down a virtual machine. I explained to him that there was no button to push on a virtual machine. He was clueless. Another associate Kevin preferred to clown around while myself and John completed another project. The management Jason & Jeremy repeatedly apologized to my company s management for their staff making mistakes. At 1 point it took me 3 months in order to get a simple quote. They use a bait and switch to extract more money from us. Don t be fooled by this company. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
