I called this company based on prior good reviews I saw on the internet. It is hard to find quality professional people who will give you quality service at a fair price. I am glad I called them! I called the dispatch and was told I would receive a call within 10 min. from the technician on when they would be able to come out. And, that's exactly what happened. Mr. Clarke was prompt and was thorough in diagnosing with was wrong with my fridge's ice maker. He needed to return to install the ice maker. He again called as promised and was on time. He had the ice maker installed quickly. His pricing was fair and honest and would definitely recommend him and will definitely call them again when I have an issue with an appliance.
