I was a customer of this company after they took over the business when my lawn guy passed away unexpectedly. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from the level of service that by which ACT lawns always provided. There were multiple issues with the quality of work, including damage to my property and poor communication when concerns were raised. The most frustrating part was the lack of responsiveness when I tried to get the issues resolved. To their credit, after continued efforts on my part, they ultimately said they will refunded my payment. I appreciate that they made things right in the end, but the overall experience left me disappointed and unable to continue using their services. I hope they can improve their communication, accountability, and attention to detail moving forward.

Subject: Disappointing service and completely non-existent communication I am highly disappointed with the service provided by this DD Custom LLC. (Landscape) I chose them expecting professionalism, but the entire experience has been frustrating and stressful. The communication is practically non-existent. I have sent multiple emails, texts and left several voicemails regarding my project, but I have received zero responses. When I finally managed to reach someone on the phone, I was promised a call back with an update, which never happened. It is completely unacceptable to leave paying customers in the dark like this. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they value their time and peace of mind. I will not be using this company again.

One of the workers smells likr beer all the timr i walkef up to him and almost threw up from the smell of beer. He was wear a water pack on his back and im 99% sure thete was beer in it becausebthats exactly what he smelled like. Should be ashamed of himself
