A Wish for Animals is a 501c-3 nonprofit was founded in 2001 to help find permanent, happy homes primarily for homeless dogs and puppies but also for cats and any other at-risk domestic animals. Animals that we assisted are the most vulnerable in the Southern California area - the puppies and dogs who have been abandoned or slated for euthanasia in area shelters. A Wish for Animals is a 501c-3 nonprofit was founded in 2001 to help find permanent, happy homes primarily for homeless dogs and puppies but also for cats and any other at-risk domestic animals. Animals that we assisted are the most vulnerable in the Southern California area - the puppies and dogs who have been abandoned or slated for euthanasia in area shelters. A Wish for Animals receives no public funding and is therefore entirely dependent on donations from individuals and businesses who believe that these animals are worth saving. Medical care, shelter, food and tender loving care is provided until these animals are available to be placed in their new forever homes.
