Received my training in 1988 while in the United States Air Force. I have attended several OSHA and NES courses to further my education. Have training and certification in the identification and various testing of air sampling and mold spores upon request. My company provides an easy to read computerized inspection report and I provide several photographs from the inspection. Although, not a requirement; potential buyers are welcome to attend the inspection.
