Irina Kogut is the owner of aristocrat travel, inc. She is the most dishonest, rude and unprofessional travel agent I've ever came across. She lies, promises you one thing and never delivers. Her logo is "if you dont like it, go somewhere else". For anyone interested in details, please feel free to contact me. I have all of her texts in writing including the one which says "if you dontlike it, go somewhere else". That is her resolution approach. Stay away from Irina and her agency.
