I sent a Seth Thomas clock bezel to Mr. Holder to have a replacement lens installed in July of 2021. Per the instructions on his website as-well-as his email reply to my query, the bezel and prepayment check for the work were shipped to his facility in Johnson City, TN. The prepayment check was promptly cashed when received and since then I have heard NOTHING! He will not reply to repeated emails or telephone calls. You are unable to leave voicemail messages because the mailbox is always full. I tracked down another cell phone number for Mr. Holder and called. He actually answered this phone, but hung up as-soon-as I identified myself. It's been over a year now, and still no attempt by Mr. Holder to complete the work that has been paid for. Plus, I'm out the dial and bezel to an expensive antique clock! Don't waste your time and money dealing with this business, you'll only be ghosted for your trouble.
