Jeff Harbek owner of DLH Contracting is not capable or knowledgeable to do any construction type of job on time or any kind of budget. He is a walking disaster as he can't finish successfully one single job. Any kind of construction work Jeff Harbek puts his hands on will fail as he does not understand planning or working at one room at a time. He will go from room to room creating one disaster after another and he will make promises he can't deliver. He does the talk but he can't do the walk. If you hire him to built a house make sure you burn it down and start all over again. Drinking on the job like he is on a vacation in Florida and plenty of powertools to take your house apart. He can't install a roof correctly, he can't do any kind of flooring or tiling job correctly. His Drywall skills are very similar to mickey mouse's ears. Plumbing from hell. Electric that will not ever work. Jeff Harbek will create a construction nightmare for himself and whoever will come to finish the job after Jeff H./ DLH Contracting started and could not finish. In one word. AVOID!!!
