This is in regards to your reptile husbandry in the Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia location. The bearded dragons look generally unhealthy. The uvb bulb is not large enough for 4 or more dragons to hive proper uvb. It should be a strip over the entire top. Plus they need a larger enclosure. Cohabiting causes them to eat each other’s toes and limbs. The heat lamps aren’t high enough wattage. They require higher wattage when small to digest their food properly. They also had a sand mat which is not sanitary because you cannot clean it properly, thus spreading ADV and various other diseases to the next few shipments. I was told that I could call or email corporate to discuss these things and you guys made it really hard to get ahold of you. No one answered my corporate call. It’s not good when your own employees say that they know the setup is wrong and they can’t fix it without getting in trouble. My aunt just called me actually and asked if I wanted another beardie because the ones there look ill. This is a huge problem. Fix it or you will lose any customers you have in this small town.
