It's now 2 months and my family in Philippines are still waiting for the box I sent to them on 1st week of April and it's now almost mid of June. No updates! :-/

we do not recommend this shipping company,we had a terrible experience with them.The sister of Roger Arreola was very rude,she should be customer care oriented but she exhibited a very non professional attitude when we inquired about the where abouts of our package.Thumbsdown to this company,you should not be in this business if you cant deal diplomatically with your customers.Never again....

Roger, the owner is VERY RUDE! I do not reccomend this shipping company. It seems that they do not know what they are doing..very unprofessional! They load your boxes after a month from the date of pick up/delivery then wait for another month for shipping. That's a total of 2 months waiting when they said it will be delivered within 4 weeks time..

Good Luck sa mga nagpadala ng balikbayan boxes...Yes, Roger is RUDE..lalo na iyong babae na sasagot ng mobile phone na published number nila. Nagpadala ako ng box 1st week of April pa until now wala pa kapag tumawag ka sa office nila sa Pinas lalo kang ma stress dahil sila pa ang hihingi ng information sa iyo obviously wala silang manifest or some sort of tracking method....kung alam ku lang na ganito..paano natin kaya sila mapa stop na manloko ng tao?

So far this is my first time to use this company and they were both Professional and on time picking up my boxes. I still need to find out how true they are to their promise of three to four weeks delivery. There is still one more week of waiting to find out before I will send my other sets of boxes. So far so good. Will give more report later.
