Please BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR - "The Rock Man" or "TRM Development" (same company!). It has been a NIGHTMARE for us working with this contractor. Our pool construction project was contractually scheduled to be completed within 100 days, but it's been 8 months now and it's not even half-way done - with multiple construction errors remaining to be fixed.
To date, there's been serious lack of site supervision, manpower and construction workdays. We have lost (and continue to lose) use of our backyard and, at this rate, this project may not be completed until a year or two from now. We've been up-to-date on our payments to this contractor, but that doesn't seem to motivate this contractor much. This contractor doesn't seem to care too much about his contract obligations, construction law, workmanship, customer service, and basic human courtesy, among other things.
Please be careful who you hire. No one deserves to go through what we are going through with this contractor. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND this contractor TO ANYONE.

Our pool construction project was contractually scheduled to be completed within 100 days, but it's been 8 months now and it's not even half-way done - with multiple construction errors remaining to be fixed.
