Secondary services conducted for clients include environmental site assessments (ESAs) or a phase I for commercial real estate transactions and other environmental field investigations. Our services include mold and water damage, indoor air quality and indoor allergens, industrial hygiene and microbial/bacteria problems. All field work is performed by our environmental scientist with a Bachelor of Science degree, who is a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and Certified Environmental Thermography Consultant (CETC) by the American Council for Accredited Certification.
