He told us he has $2,000,000 in insurance and is registered to work on Lake Allatoona by the Army Corps Of Engineers. We contacted Chris Maze with Corps and found that was also a lie. He not only does not have $2,000,000 insurance but he does not nor has had permission to work on Corps property ever My wife and I gave him almost $30,000 and he cheated on work and put used parts on our boat. When we first entered into a contract with this man he gave us a 12 week timeline. 15 months later and doubled our contract he damaged our boat when bringing it to the marina.We asked him for 3 weeks to repair the damaged he caused during transport . We final asked the Ga State Police to go with us to his shop to get his insurance info. He told the police it was cheaper to take a chance on getting caught then keeping up permits, licns. and insurance. That means like us your property has no guaranty of repair if he damages it. Clearon Rocky Wright lied to my wife and for 15 months. He took our boat out of the water with a $19,000 cash deposit .The boat sat for 6 months with excuse after excuse. He damaged our boat while it was in his possession and during transport to the marina. He said he would fix it.After 3 weeks of threating him with legal action he came right out and told us to sue him. The Ga State Police went there with us. He admitted he has no insurance to move or store boats and lied and said he never charged us for moving it.
