J.L. Stader reclaims barn wood from the Midwest and reuses these timbers for our hardwood flooring, custom furniture, beams, mantles, and home decor. J.L. Stader scouts the Midwest for barns and historic structures which contain the wood of old growth forests from centuries past. These unique timbers display the skill, craftsmanship, and quality work of our pioneer ancestors who expertly assembled these hand cut, hand fitted structures. We reuse hardwood beams and timbers that were once used in timber frame construction in civil war era barns and buildings. We believe in the history of our green products as they are reclaimed building products beng used in modern home design. Our retail store in Carmel showcases our various products including: hardwod flooring, furniture, beams, mantles, paneling, cabinetry, antique tin, and decorative home accents. J.L.
