Growing up in our family you were assured a hand-drawn card for every holiday, special occasion, or for no other reason than to simply say I love you, from our Mom, Millie. But what made her drawings so special, besides the labor of love she so patiently put into each card she made, was the hidden "I love you" drawn in American Sign Language (ASL) that she so craftily placed into each drawing.
