Working for this company started as a dream job, but quickly turned into a nightmare once I noticed my personal finances falling short and uncovered this companies unfair labor practices covered up by a convoluted pay structure. Despite pouring my time and effort into the job, I found myself consistently overworked and unfairly compensated, blatantly violating the fundamental standards set by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). When I mustered the courage to address these serious concerns with the owner, hoping for a constructive resolution, I was met with nothing short of hostility and disrespect. The owner callously brushed aside my legitimate grievances with dismissive statements like I don't pay you for your feelings and stooped as low as resorting to name calling, implying that employees needed to learn how to be adults. It's abundantly clear that this company not only disregards legal labor standards but also lacks the basic empathy and respect owed to its employees. I strongly caution anyone considering employment or patronage with this company to seek opportunities elsewhere. Your rights as an employee will be trampled upon, and you're likely to find yourself trapped in a toxic work environment devoid of support or understanding.
