I recently purchased yardage from this owner and I am sad to report the customer service by this shop is the worst that I have ever experienced. When I did not receive my fabric I attempted to contact this seller by email as well as leaving a message on the sellers phone. The seller never contacted me or responded to my email. I requested that the sale be cancelled and after additional time the seller disregarded my request and proceeded to ship my item! This seller has had other negative ratings so I am just another unhappy customer, who should have heeded the warnings of others:( I will be returning my purchase for a refund....We will see how that works out....
