This appraisal service has recently appraised my home and gave it the lowest appraisal as compared to the adjacent comps. We have many updates as well as a larger quare fotage than they listed. My general feeling is that they are purposfully downgrading the appraisal in conjunction with the loan group so that we have to bring more money to the table - substantially more-over 30k. It is outragoeus - just put a new roof, new hvace dual zone carrier, interior is all painted, new exterior wood, window siding repairs and all new exterior paint. Really incredible.
