This company tried to rip me off. My son had rolled our car. It had landed on the four wheels. We called AAA. They sent this AWFUL towing company. The tow truck driver instantly said it was not covered. He said it would cost $500 to get it out and tow it. He pulled straight up to the car (which was about 30 feet off the dirt road) and hooked the tow truck to our van and winched it straight up. The tow went as fast and safely as any other tow I have had. Called the tow company the next day and they wanted to charge me $350, when I questioned why so much, when other tow companies in the area charge $50 to hook up and $4 per mile. Do not ever call this company.

This company has nothing but kodus coming from me! I got my NON 4x4 vehicle stuck in some VERY soft sand, in a spot that you would not expect. It was getting late in the evening, so I thought I was going to be there all night before anyone came! Not only was A-1 there in less then 20 mins, but the courtesy and professionalism of the staff got a 5 star rating from me! It did take some time to get my vehicle unstuck, but that was because of the angles and obstacles. To be honest, I am not sure how I even drove back there at this point. I mean imagine the strangest scenario, and that was me. The rate that I was charged was outstanding considering the amount of work and the amount of time that it required to dig my truck out! I have called around and A-1 literally saved me hundreds! This is a company I WILL use again and most definitely will recommend to friends and family!
