General contractor for commercial and residential projects We offer complete ground up construction and remodel work for commercial and residental customers. We will work with you to develop preliminary conceptual ideas and project planning. Once we have formalized a plan we will arrange for architectural plans to be drawn. When drawings have been approved, we will secure bids for all sub-contract work and submit a bid to you for your acceptance to proceed with the project. We will secure all permits to meet necessary city and county requirements. During construction we will provide project supervision and management to schedule all trades and inspections. At the completion of the project, we will do a walk through with you to prepare a final punch list and then resolve all issues to finalize the project.
