I bought a Groupon offer for two ‘deep tissue massages’ for this place because of their ratings. However, my husband and I went a couple weeks ago, my husband said he had a ‘decent, but not great’ massage, but my massage was below average. I like to give places at least two chances in case they had an off night. We went back to get another massage a couple nights ago, that was enough. My husband, again, had just an ‘Okay’ massage by someone who couldn’t speak any English again. My “deep tissue massage” was more like a ‘rub down’ than any type of massage especially a deep tissue massage. I kept having to ask Jason, my massage guy, to press harder because he was doing more of a Swedish rub down. He didn’t get any better. In fact, during the middle of the massage he was using his elbows to ‘massage’ my supposed muscles in my back. Elbows? He kept pressing down hard and rubbing his elbow over the “bones” in my shoulder and back area – over and over and it HURT!! Using elbows and going bone on bone was not my idea of any type of a deep tissue massage. Are they really that lazy that can’t use their hands? He then left the room for a few minutes and came back with hot rocks. He asked me if I wanted them. I told him “No thank you”, to which he said the massage was over. It seemed early, but I got dressed and then sat in the waiting room for my husband to get finished. I was frustrated that I again did not get a deep tissue massage. Then, I sat in the waiting room watching the time pass – in all, I waited 15 minutes for my husband to come out from his ‘massage’. So, while my husband received the full hour we paid for, I only received a 45-minute [rub down] massage. What happened to a full hour?? On top of that, the room I was in was FREEZING. My husband later told me he had a ‘heated blanket’ on his table!! What is wrong with this picture. This place was a joke. We will NEVER be going back there. We would NOT RECOMMEND this place to any of our friends; Actually, WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! They don’t know what they are doing there!!!
