This company is a complete crowd of idiots.Called Frigidaire 3 weeks ago about a new dishwasher not working correctly and this private company was dispatched. Had a 11:00 am appt time after i took off work and the tech calls several times stating he will be late, putting me off. Finally arrives at 7:00 pm during dinner.Checks dishwasher and has no parts, parts will be ordered.2 weeks later, nothing. After 4 calls they finally tell me part will be here ASAP.Set an appt. for 7:30-8:00 am today 12/4/12 and you guessed it,after i have taken a 2nd day off work, the part that was here miracously is not here today.BUT is expected in todays mail.Stay away from this crowd of incompetent and lying people as you will be jerked around and lied too.I will be filing a complaint with the New Hanover county BBB today as well and contacting Frigidaire about removing them from repair list.
