I ordered a transmission from them before deploying overseas. Came back after a year and drove the transmission for less than 10k miles before it broke. Contacted them and they said I was out of luck because it had been 2 years and 1 month! So much for taking care of those who protect our country. I understand that their warranty is 2 years but for me to be gone and not drive the truck for over a year, they could easily have addressed that. There is a letter of the law and a spirit of the law. And an honest company would have honored their warranty. 10,000 miles is nothing on a "rebuilt" transmission. When I came home it was from an injury, so I don't drive all over the place. I'm just disappointed how they handled it all around. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There is too many other REPUTABLE companies to buy from who will take care of their customers then to have one who you put your hard earned money into only to be told to go pound sand when a problem arises.
