Remodled my whole house, roof, tile, painting, upgraded electrical, ripped off back of house put in a door and deck off back of house. Repaired all termite damage before reconstruction.

Work Completed Date: January 05, 2010 Last Modified Date: December 21, 2011 Hire Again: Yes Approximate Cost: $15,000.00 Home Build Year: 1920 Description Of Work: My roof was leaking horrifically and we needed it replaced in its entirety. This caused significant damage to the interior paint and walls which were peeling and there were holes in the family room sealing. We had to replace the entirety of the roof of our 2000 square foot home, including new architectural shingles, as well as repair of all the damaged roofing boards and the replacement of a seriously damaged flat roof with a new rubber roof. On the interior, major damage to multiple walls with a complicated paint peeling problem that other contractors had not been able to resolve was repaired and the entirety of 4 rooms and a large hallway/foyer were repainted. Member Comments: Ron called me within 5 minutes of my first emergency call which was placed at 7pm on a weeknight. This probably constitutes the biggest of several strengths of Cornerstone- namely outstanding communication. Cornerstone contractors is an interesting business model.
