WE TRAVEL SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR AND NEVER HAD THE DERVICE THAT ROLAND LARA GAVE US. HE TOOK CARE OF OUR TICKETS BAGAGE AND THEN MY WIFE LEFT HER BILLFOLD SO WE COULDN'T LEAVE WITH OUT IT AND WE WERE BOOKED ON A CRUISE.
ROLAND HELPED MY WIFE WITH THE PHONE CALLS AND FOUND OUT SHELEFT IT AT THE HOTEL. HE THEN HELPED HER GET IT FROM THE HOTEL AND WE MADE THE FLIGHT.
WE ARE IN OUR MID 80'S AND NEVER HAD THIS GOOD OF SERVICE OR SOME ONT TO CARE ENOUGF THAT WE MAKE THE FLIGHT.
SO WE WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE ONE OF THE BST EMPLOYEES
