Pitner installed my wood floors in January of this year. In May I notified him that some of the flooring was buckling and needed to be repaired. I called again Several times and told him that the problem was much worse and some damage had occurred as a result of the buckling. He has not returned to address the problem and is no longer responding to texts or emails. I will have to hire a different contractor to repair the problem caused by poor installation.
