No we did not have a good experience with Pure Air Ventilation. The men that came to our home did not clean the vents properly and the piece of duct they cut in order to clean was not fixed properly. They only taped the section back and within days the tape came loose. Plus, since the cleaning when our furnace is finished running we hear a thump in the duct meaning the duct was compromised in some way during their cleaning. The owner, Kim did not return any of our calls and actually disconnected our call once we did get in touch with her. The company does not exist at the New Berlin addresses that are listed on the internet. I would not recommend this company. Please choose a different company if you are considering this service.
