Retail sales of beef, pork, chicken. If we dont have it, we can probably get it.
Whether you just need to pick up a steak for dinner, get a few items for the week or enough to get you through the next 6 months, we are your full service meat market. We have package deals that range anywhere from our "sampler" to our "full load of bull." The meat is cut fresh and packaged according to your preferences. All of our meat is hormone and antibiotic free. We offer 14 varieties of sausage that we make fresh several times a week.

I have been very satisfied with every cut of meat i have purchased here.
The staff answered every question i had about the cuts of meat i purchased and educated me on the different cuts of meat that you can't get at the grocery store. There is a huge difference in their quality of meats compared to the grocery chains.
I highly recomend Brinks.

I was SOOOO sad when they closed in Pueblo West. Brinks meats are tender, fresh and very tasty. I really like the fact that they use all natural meat with no antibiotics, hormones,ect.
When i heard they reopened on the south side, by me, I could not get there fast enough. Welcome to the south side,Brinks!!
