You give him money, he starts the project and then ghosts you! We have been in touch now with several people who he’s done the same thing to and he needs to be stopped! He works from NC to Florida and God only knows how many people he’s scammed out of money! We have filed a formal complaint, will be going to Attorney General next and pursue legal action. This monster needs to be stopped. Do not give your money to Curtis Perry for anything!

Perry was given, $86,000 "up front" money to complete the house according to the contract as a turn key home. Perry has done NOTHING. Perry approved plumbing, electrical, roofing, heat & air, installation contracts but WILL NOT PAY vendors. Did not stain interior or exterior, did not put up interior walls, doors, floors, no bathroom fixtures, no kitchen fixtures or cabinets, no lighting fixtures, No ceiling were installed. Perry eludes responsibility by never answering his phone calls. On 3 occasions Perry's foreman Dennis Thomas arrived with a load of wood- He drops off the wood and leaves. Curtis Perry has a system working -- illegal and also damaging to the log cabin industry, Perry is located in Anger N.C.and the only contact with the company is Perry's cell phone--PERRY controls all aspects of this illegal scam.
