I am so disappointed! I ordered a pair of shoes from Sundance. They were a component of my carefully selected outfit for my graduate school MFA thesis exhibition opening. An event I've worked on for two years. The shoes came today: all scratched and with black marks on them! They are the Kork ease Susie wedge. If you know Kork ease, the entire wedge is wrapped in leather. Black marks all over red shoes is pretty obvious. They look old and gross. I don't understand how they were even shipped. Customer service was absolutely no help. I phoned AND did live chat. I requested an immediate refund for this huge inconvenience. NOPE. And the shoes are sold out. I'm very upset and unless Sundance makes this up to me I will never order there again. Meghan Balliett
