Being a divorced parent with split custody is hard enough but the events of June 5th 2014 at Monte Vista Montessorri school were unlike anything I have ever heard of. When I took my two children to parent teacher night (with kids playing outside under teacher supervision) The school not only allowed but conspired with my estranged wife to abduct my daughter from my custody from the school grounds while I was in the parent/teacher conference for both my children. The children were in my custody for that 5 day period and Monte Vista Montessorri participated in this abduction without my consent or knowledge. I have a criminal case open with SAPD against them and a civil case starting. Thank goodness with the help of the SAPD I was able to recover my daughter the next day. I would highly recommend anyone considering sending their children here re-consider. They run a no-grade, no test and no homework non-professional operation.
