I had a problem with my existing operator, which was a chain drive. It would have cost me more to fix in replacement parts than purchasing a new one. This new device was a belt drive motor and it was unbelievably quiet, versus the old model. We were thoroughly satisfied with the way Goodrow Door Solutions came out and addressed our problem. They didn't try to up sell anything - they only cared about customer satisfaction. That impressed me because most of the companies I spoke to wanted to sell products before coming out to diagnose the problem.
