Absolutely No Way (again). Hot water heater issue Saturday morning. Talked to Terry twice on Saturday by phone. Then sent follow up texts Monday Tuesday and Thursday. Received one text on Tuesday from Terry. Texted him on Thursday morning and then noon. NO RESPONSES. Not knowing if he would ever come, after 5 days, I had to find another service provider.

We got stuck in the Walmart parking lot in Salida, CO in Sept 2012 for 2 days with our jacks down and not able to retract them. In other words our 40' National RV motor home was stuck. Terry was able to get the jacks up so we could be mobile again and go on to Gunnison, CO. He was very conscientious when working on the problem. Since the Power Gear jack parts were not available we could not fix the cause of the problem, but we are still working with Terry via phone. I would recommend Terry Parker, as it was apparent to me that he has lots of experience working on motor homes. Also he showed quite a bit of common sense. Marc Adler Glenwood Springs, CO
