Your bussiness is a scam and a hoax. You offer people houses at a low rent to own cost, for them to fix any and all costs, with the agreement that the money they have spent on repairs would be deducted from their monthly payment. Then you turn around and file false civil charges to get them evicted from their homes. You dont honor your verbal agreements and you lie in court about them. You could care less about any of the people you are scamming as long as u get as much free repair work, and money out of you residents. You, sir, Mr. Caraman are a joke to the real estate companies who work hard and are proud of there properies. You are a scavenger for lower income, hard working, honest people. You pray on those people and make them think they have something to look forward to, just to rip it rightg out from under them. You have no morals, YOU ARE A POOR EXCUSE OF A MAN
