Wish I could give them a zero, purchased an engine from them for a dodge ram 1500 for $2295. took over 2 weeks for them to ship it, said is was in quality control being cleaned and pressure checked, when engine finally arrived, it was nothing but a pile of rust, and pieces of the manifold actually falling off because of so much rust, oil was pouring out of the oil pan, when I called Scott in the warranty dept. said to send pictures which I did, over 20 something pics, sent them several times on a friday afternoon, he kept saying they wouldn't download, had different people send them, heard nothing back asking if he got any so I called Brian in shipping on Monday around lunch time to talk to him he just so happened to have copies of pics, he couldn't give me any info on my refund only thing he could tell me was that he was setting up the shipping for the return of the engine, I told him he needed to call the service station that had it and he wasn't pleased about that and told me he had nothing else to do with it other than shipping yet he was the one who kept telling me it was being held up being shipped to me because of quality control and when I asked him about that because now my money has been held up for almost a month now he said that the engine was pulled from a running truck before it was shipped to me, this engine looked like it had been setting in a junk yard by itself not inside any truck. After talking to Brian I finally get an email from Scott asking if I want a placement engine, LOL ,or a credit, can you believe that, like I would ever purchase anything else from this rip off company. I have left Scott 2 phone messages and sent an email, on Monday still waiting on some type of reply. I did call a couple of the companies that have done business with them (before I purchased the engine) and who wrote reviews and felt confident that they were legitimate, but guess that wasn't good enough. Don't do business with this company, just hoping that it's not a long drawn out process and fight for my refund, this is to much money for someone who is on a fixed income to have to go thru this for scammers. Wish I could attach photos so others could see what they are shipping as clean, quality engines, what a joke.
