I had a problem with another local company who tried to fix the problem 3 times and could not, the last tech they sent was rude and totally unprofessional.. i called David and Brad. they came right out, showed me the problem, and fixed it straight away ! i have since switched to there monitoring and am so much happier with the service they have provided and the monitoring company is so much nicer ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
