S&S Composite Designs (S&S) furnish completed residential plans for use by material suppliers and Builder activities. S&S is a family owned business We furnish designs and drawings to meet the client's wishes with reviews and comments at every step and milestone of design efforts. Our designs include a Parade showcased accepted home. Hundreds of our clients are enjoying living in their S&S Composite Designed homes, ranging from 700 to 7000 square feet and one to three stories. We design approximately 30% of the homes in FEMA designated flood zones and know what is required. We are licensed professional designers with Certification in Building Designing by the NCBDC and AIBD. Active members of the local Builders Association (HCBA) of Texas. S&S requests a face to face sit down meeting that may last three to four hours, before any agreements are made to work together. We want our clients to know we put their requirements first.
