I have been with 1st interlock for the past 7 years and they still don't know my name, Randy has to be the rudest individual I've ever come across no customer service skills , slow, and very impersonal . I bought a new truck and he made it impossible to the point I almost lost the deal due to his inexperience of what to do. He does not greet customers let's them stand there and treats you rude when you ask for service . If you need an interlock stay as far away from 1st interlock !!!
