Great Place, go there every year to get pc cleaned up. lowest cost around and great service!

Please do not use PC PRO NOW. They sold me a computer 7 days ago today that does not hold a charge. The Owner David said Im out of luck and that he can not do anything for me since they're a small business. Before I bought the computer he told me that someone brought it in for him to do a minor job on and then never picked it up. Now after i figured out it was broke he tells me that they got it from some re seller he doesn't know much about it. This guy is a crook! All I want is a refund its only been 7 days. It was 4 days when I first notified him! But no he won't offer any help!...
