This FedEx facility 14250 Grasslands DrEnglewood, CO 80112 always delivers my package to wrong address, and I always had to contact the sender/seller to report lost package and get refund. It appears they don't have their GPS system updated frequently to show new homes which lead drivers deliver packages to a wrong address and don't realize they delivered it to a wrong address. Hopefully, this facility leadership take an extra step to train their drivers match up the address before dropping off the package. I give this facility 1 star because I have to called FedEx customer services many times to report the issue but never got it resolved.
