We initially contacted the company back in May to have a quote done for a fence installation at our office. We received the quote within a couple of days and signed the quote a couple days later as we were waiting for other quotes to come back. We signed and paid the contract in full 6-1-22. We were told we could expect install within the first 2 weeks of Aug. That time had come and gone. Had called several times to nail down a date of install. Any time we managed to get hold of someone in the office we just got told that a message would be passed on to the installer and would never get a returned phone call. After many attempts and phone calls we finally hear back from the installer Josh (Who is the owner of the company). Got told that we didn't sign the contract in time to meet an Aug deadline. Now we should expect install the first week of Oct. Here we are halfway through the first week of Oct and still no date set for the install. Called Josh right away in the morning and was told to call back at noon if we have not heard from him. Called right at noon and went to VM. This company is very unorganized and lacks professionalism and communication skills.

I am writing this review for my mother. She had a survey done and discovered that her property pin (in the front yard) was about 5 feet from where the fence was, in her favor. She asked the surveyor who he would recommend, and she took the recommendation, which happened to be his buddy. So, Rock County Fence came out, gave a bid, $2,890 for 40 feet 6-foot wood fence and 220 lineal feet of 5-foot-tall field wire. She paid half, $1,445, up front, before any work was done. After a couple conversations with the workers on how to navigate the fence around a large tree, they proceeded to build the fence where the old one was. My mother then called the company, and Josh (owner) showed up and proceeded to yell at her, as if it was her fault. She offered to show him the survey, to which he replied, "I know how to read a survey!". After that he offered that she only pays half of the second half (the other $1,445) to leave the fence in the wrong location, as is. She declined this offer. And he never returned her call as he said he would in person. After trying to get back in touch with Josh to resolve this, he refuses to return her calls.

we just had our deck built by these guys they did an outstanding job in a timely fashion using quality in all the work that was done. We couldn't of asked for anything better they were very friendly to and not to much money it was all worth it. We are so glad we went with rock co fence and deck to build us our deck we have always wanted. A+
