In September of 2017 I purchased an Oxxam dinghy and Yamaha outboard from the owner, Scott Sundholm for $6500. He promised to send the title and the other paperwork the next day. He was to have painted the bottom and delivered it to RI in the spring, fully commissioned. He has not yet delivered the boat. He never would release the title, or certificate of origin, nor the paperwork transferring the boat and engine to me, despite multiple attempts on my part. I cannot understand why he would not honor the deal, insofar as I have already paid him the full amount. I am forced to sue him in small claims court in Connecticut I cannot in good conscience recommend this business, or Scott Sundholm. Not to deliver goods that are already paid for is nothing short of dishonest.
