Buyer beware!!!
Ordered a spa in May of 2022 with a promised delivery date of November 2022. There was never any update from swim spa plus on delays or any communication other than responding when I reached out to them. They continued to make excuses and finally in February 2023 I sent a demand letter to get a full refund. After that went unanswered I got the BBB and Attorney General involved.
The owner claims to have been in business for 47 years. But why does he keep changing the name of the business???
The business making excuses after the fact that a war in Europe is affecting manufacturing is Asia is just childish.
I do NOT recommend!
