CIS provides intercept surveys using electronic, hand-held devices at restaurants, retail, or any event to gather consumer opinions on site. Custom Intercept Solutions provides surveys of all types, but we specialize in providing intercept surveys at the point of experience. Your survey is loaded to a hand-held device and put in your customers' hand. Get accurate and immediate feedback on a new item or service or anything you'd like your customers opinions on. That information is available to you in hours in the form of charts, graphs or spread sheets you can view securely on-line, or download at your leisure. Knowledge is everything!
