5/22/2020 I had bought 2 headlamps from company, great price. the passage side led lights above the headlamp (eyebrow) stopped working, and headlamp looked like it had been opened up. Sent it back they sent new headlamp. Same led goes out. Company then stops returning my e-mails, until I go to paypal. Then they only offer shipping back, I told them several different ways I want to keep headlamp and I will deal with the leds going out. I have pictures. Been an auto tech for over 15 years. Give me a DISCOUNT, not a REFUND! If I was a business taking this headlambs out and in, my customer satisfaction would be in the toilet. Very nonprofessional! Lack of communication skills! You get what you pay for!

Ketech sells bad product. Great disappointment and dissatisfaction with this product. Further breakdown and inspection of the defective headlights revealed inferior, substandard, and miss-match parts and very poor craftsmanship during assembly. These headlights are a safety hazard issue and must be reported to all the proper manufacturing and regulating authorities. " Easy Returns" as posted on the website is false advertising. There is nothing easy about it. There is no guarantee that after paying the high cost of shipping to return this bad product that there will be a refund or credit. Putting all evidence of defective parts/assembly in the possession of Auto Lights & Bulbs/Ketech leaving the customer with nothing and no recourse. Customer service is a joke. They would rather argue with customer than remedy the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
