Parrothead Properties LLC (PP) takes older homes that have been neglected, foreclosed-on and condemned by the city and restores them. Only well respected licensed professionals work on the properties, and all permits and inspections are completed as required. These homes are restored to good quality condition and are thoroughly inspected prior to sale. They are also inspected again by the banks for the new home owner prior to purchase. Should there be any issues of concern found, PP takes care of them. As in Jane Does case, a very small hole was found in the heating panel of the furnace, and prior to purchase a brand new furnace was installed at no cost to the new homeowner. If anything, this shows PP's commitment to selling a quality product. These homes are NOT new construction, but older homes that require continued care and routine maintenance.

This company flips houses and does the cheapest work possible. We purchased a house from Kelly 3 years ago, and although the house looks pretty from the inside, the structure and integrity of the house is compromised and thrown together. We've spent the past 3 years fixing leaky windows, uneven and broken tile, and a broken roof. She tried to sell us a house with a broken heat shield in the furnace, saying that it had been inspected and was up to par. Our inspector came in and said we could have died from carbon monoxide poisoning if he hadn't caught that. Do not buy a house from her.

While looking for many homes I was very interested in buying a house finished This was a Mistake! After closing, the house soon fell apart I paid top dollar for a AKA Parrort property only to keep fixing items which were installed incorrectly (water supplies, furnace, roof and windows) I would advise you take a hard look at the craftsmanship of a Parrothead properties before buying
