In home therapy focused to seniors

We are a medicare B provider of therapy to the tricounty area of charleston. We focus on treating seniors in their homes for balance, home evaluations, deconditioning, pain, or for any debilitating factor that decreases their risk of safety in the home so that we can improve their safety and quality of life in their home. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy under med B and a secondary insurance which covers the sessions 100%.
