Stay clear if this contractor. He is dishonest and doesn't do quality work. He has poor communication skills. He uses his sons framing company which he doesn't tell you upfront. They poured the slab 1 inch higher than it should have been. It messed up the rest of the house. Then he put in 2 inch higher floor joices than my existing. He never even asked the engineer if something different could have been done. It could have. I have fired him and now have thousands of dollars to repair the many massive mistakes he made on our addition. He rarely showed up on the job to oversee things. He raised the cost estimate of our project about 100,000 well into the project. He was very degrading in how he talked to my husband and I. There were many other mistakes made I won't list here. I be very Leary to hire him.
