Simply Dahlicious started with a personal passion for food and cooking. That passion began when Lisa Dahl was a young girl, cooking and learning alongside her beloved Nana. She continued to expand her knowledge when, at just 14, Lisa took her first job at a local bakery. Building on this early experience, she attended The University of Denver, where she earned a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Since then, Lisa has continued to expand her knowledge and skills through courses at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York, as well as a variety of food and pastry classes over the years.
