Joe has been awarded Saab's Master Tech status as a factory trained Saab technician and has been certified Master Automobile Technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. He has 30+ years of experience, most of which he has spent working exclusively on Saabs and Volvos. Joe started working on Saabs back in 1976 in Acton, MA at what was then A/C Chevrolet, a Saab dealership. Since that time he has been employed by several other Saab dealerships that provided him with factory training on a regular basis, keeping him abreast of the latest developments in technology.
